WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Our current turn around time for all orders is 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS. Please allow an addition 1-5 BUSINESS DAY(S) for transit time.

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order we cannot add or subtract items. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order.

WHAT ARE YOUR SIGNS MADE OF?

Our signs are made from 100% wood. The face of the sign is made from premium birch or whiteface plywood. The frames are constructed of premium white pine.

HOW ARE THE DESIGNS PUT ONTO YOUR SIGNS? ARE THEY PERMANENT OR VINYL?

We do not use vinyl on any of our products. The designs for our wood signs are painted directly onto the wood.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

As of now, we are only able to ship to the continental US.

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Contact us at support@TheSawdustLife.com, attaching the photos and including your order number, and we will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them, depending on your preference.
